Landau Forte College was a purpose built and opened in 1992 as the 14th City Technology College in England. It is a different type of educational establishment bringing together the worlds of industry and education in a uniquely productive partnership. In 2005 HM Government invited the College to change its status to an Academy and from September 2006 Landau Forte College accepted that status and now offers dual specialisms in Technology and Business Enterprise.
