My username/password is being rejected
This could be due to the fact you are typing either your username or password in wrong. Please check that caps lock is off and that you have typed your credentials correctly. Also make sure you are adding 'lfc\' before your username like this:

lfc\username

I have typed my username/password correctly but I still can't login

Are you using a College laptop? If so there maybe a problem with how it accesses our network. Get it checked next time you are in College and use another computer to access your email or user area for the time being.
