After GCSE Results Day, when your offer of a place is confirmed in writing, you will receive full details of your two day Induction and joining instructions.

The Induction is designed to integrate all students into Year 12 whether they are returning to College from Year 11 or are completely new. It will include various team-building activities which will involve all the students to assist with the transition into Year 12. Student Council will also be on hand throughout the two days to support students with day to day life within College.

The first day of Induction for all Year 12 students will start with a welcome from the Principal. There will be an opportunity for male students to purchase their ties upon arrival to the College and lunch will be provided. Students will then focus on developing effective learning habits through a range of activities. All students will have their photographs taken for their swipe card which will be issued during their induction along with their timetables.

On the second day, all Year 12 students will participate in activities designed to strengthen confidence and learning habits, with input from a local University. As a further opportunity to meet your peers, the day will be rounded off with a BBQ. Start and finish times will be confirmed in your offer of a place letter.
